using razor? make sure you have both encryptions selected at the top of it before you launch Ultima Online

You don't need both if your using razor, since razor has an option for EA encryption or no encryption.
Of course it is easier to have both if you are encouraging players to use razor with your shard.

haha! it isnt really public yet, i got it working online, i really made it for some friends to try, as everyone ive invited has never played UO before, i got 8 people playing it atm but there are so many problems i have to fix to suit the requirements of the server i havnt announced any details to the public.
