There is no server that I'm aware running under a recent NIGHTLY BUILD with a large amount of players. But the current scenario is very poor actually no matter wich EMU you're running, UO player base for freeshards has decreased in general. A lot of people didn't migrated their servers to a recent build keeping their old ones from 51 and 55 series and most of the projects that were started under the latest releases didn't went live or at least I don't have enough information about them. I personally always check the enviroment to see how things are going.

But our plan here in spherecommunity regardless of the work done behind the scenes to the source by MrSugarCube is to revamp sphere in all of its aspects and to deliver some kind of a preconfigured server for everyone to work and by these terms hosting official servers in a long term run. Golden years of Ultima has gone but no one knows what could happen in a near future, anyways we're still here working hard in our free time
