It depends on whether you want to edit the files. If not, you do not have to deal with it basically. If so, it is good to monitor the development of various UO file editing programs such as Uo Fidler, uop extract tool and so on. It depends on what you are editing for files. UoFidler works well, but may not be right for new clients. There is a lot to try and experiment. It's an ant job. I did not understand your question, but where the chair is in the older version of the files, it's new. Just some programs with this new version can not help.
