you must make sure that you had inserted valid info on these lines
eg: "my ip here" is not an IP address, you must use your real external IP (something like 123.123.123.123)

or if you prefer, you can let these last 3 lines disabled and use "SERVIP=123.123.123.123" on console or ".SERV.SERVIP 123.123.123.123" command ingame to make sphere accept connections on this external IP. You must use the command again every time you restart the server, or add "SERVIP=123.123.123.123" on f_onserver_start (sphere_serv_triggers.scp) to do this automatically

also remember that if your PC is behind an router, you must create port fowarding rules on the router to make it forward all connections on port 2593 to your PC
