Some NPCs dont have the ability to do everything.
There is a bunch of possibilites here.

1.: Do you force the npc to do some "anim"-actions with anim 25 for example?

2.: Every origin Chardef has a ANIM-Flag. Maybe there is a failure?

3.: What Clientversion do you use? ^^
