RE: Any progress about open source?
Great words ... Personally was not thinking on you when wrote that, but seeing how fast you jumped on my neck with such attitude tells a lot. Honestly I don't care about what do you have to tell me ... I just exposed facts there, which you couldn't reply... you only attacked the closed source and me giving NO feedback at all.

Of course there are problems caused by me and by other developers while updating scripts and some internal things in the proccess of developing, of course there are a lot of exploits that I am not aware of and probably some that I won't be for a while ... so what? You are not exposing anything which helps at all with what I said.

Oh, and... we all are black-market-sellers for Sphere code, we're the villains and this is why we don't want it to go open source!!! Seriously??? You really wrote that? Joking about is everything what I can think of ... You don't have nothing more to say to me so start a war against ... who? trying to fuck a lot? really, grow up.

You say a lot about helping the community, you could have help a lot but what did you do for it? Opening posts from time to time? It's OK, thanks.

Learn to read better next time before raging... you like quotes, so here you have one more:

Quote:but at least be honest and don't add nonsense shit here

If you cannot be honest, at least don't add bullshit here.

What the hell, where did I even imply that?

Well, you wrote that one of the "No voters" makes profit from selling anti-hack software, the point is that when you do this sort of "accusation" you should also give the name Tongue

RE: Any progress about open source?
It's funny how "all problems are caused by the source". BULLSHIT!
Many or probably 90% of these exploits are caused by poor Scripts which means it's scripter fault.
I ran a server for 6 months or more and all problems I've found was caused by me. I was the unique scripter, imagine servers with more than one scripter.

My opinion: open source and I will wait for the sphere death.

STEPS BEFORE CREATE A THREAD
- Check the revisions log;
- Use the search button and use the keywords of your problem;
- Check the WIKI;
- Create a thread.

@Coruja
Its been almost two years that I had server online. As I said, in the near future, I will not getting involved with ultima online project since I have lots of stuff to do and lost my interest unfortunately. But still helping others. Smile

Also, I dont think that anyone really tries hard to develop exploits on sphere server as used to be like in 2000's. It is really funny that you are saying exploits gonna be the problem for the servers. Who do u think cares about Ultima Online like the past ?. It's almost dead bro. By the way, dont worry about lamers, they will certainly not understand what the source code is Smile

Anyway, I wish the best for the community.

Don't shoot at me, but why all those people declaring the will to help with the source didn't ask to join the dev team?
Seriously, how many of that "yes" votes are willing to help? Reply here and say "me" please, just to have an idea.
