[Tool] SphereService - Valios - 05-20-2012 03:09 AM SphereService The original idea is from Ben who developed an application to relaunch sphere when crashes occurs. I took this idea for a personal project because I liked the main concept and thought I could improve it a little bit more adding some features. I reworked it from scratch in a .NET language since Ben is a concurrent C++ user and I tend to avoid this language unless it's necesary. Ben, I hope you don't mind... <3 This will be very useful for live shards Description: Quote:SphereService: Screenshot: Download: Direct link | Mirror 1 On Development: Quote:- vSCP 2012 (The full version) RE: [Tool] SphereService - Crusader - 05-20-2012 03:45 AM thumbs up, thx a lot ,-) RE: [Tool] SphereService - Valios - 05-20-2012 04:09 AM You're welcome RE: [Tool] SphereService - Ben - 05-22-2012 07:20 AM I don't mind at all that you re-worked it... it was an old program I had done, and just happen to find it while looking through my files I had no plans in near future to improve it btw, what's wrong with C++? RE: [Tool] SphereService - Valios - 05-22-2012 11:57 AM There is nothing wrong, it's more about personal preferences but that preference is also conditioned by what is being worked on specifically. In terms of syntax I prefer c# for example wich is a mix of c++ and java, visually more clean and modern. RE: [Tool] SphereService - Extreme - 09-21-2012 02:55 AM Valios, I have a problem here. I set the program to stay minimized, but when the server is restarted by it, it opens again, don't stay in tray... Could you fix it? If its minimized, keep minimized. Thanks alot for that program! RE: [Tool] SphereService - ChaveS - 10-20-2012 05:03 AM it says Cannot find SphereSrv.exe in current location My Sphere is renamed to aws.exe But then i renamed to SphereSrv.exe and didnt work neither. It would be nice if has some options for parameters like SphereSrv.exe /s C:/test/aws.exe EDIT: fixed, i was truing sphereSRV instead *Svr.exe RE: [Tool] SphereService - grimmjow - 03-11-2022 12:09 AM thanks RE: [Tool] SphereService - madda - 05-15-2022 04:03 AM Does it work on all sphere versions? |
