I don't think uofiddler's developer is active in this community at this time. Try the runuo forums.

Turley had an account in the old forums but he is originally from POL. The source is available to anyone who wants to modify something at their convenience http://forum.spherecommunity.net/sshare.php?download=39. Most of these tools were made based on the Ultima SDK now deprecated and under the new name of OpenUO.
