I've read this support message just now, but .... my verinfo file seems to be empty. there was just "uosa win32 33" written inside, nothing else 0_o
Something seems to want to troll me i think Sad

Guys, backup your files and replace them with the ones I'm providing in the zip file attached to the post. The classic patcher is now very similar to the enhanced client patcher. This is the patch note from march 12, 2012 (client version - 7.0.24.3):

Quote:The classic client patcher has now been updated to streamline the patching process for the Classic Client. This change should cut down on patching errors a lot of our players have experienced. A new installer can be found here http://www.uoherald.com/downloads

New Patcher:

And your login.cfg should be like this:
Quote:;Loginservers for Ultima Online
;Do not edit this file or patching will fail! Always save a backup.
LoginServer=login.ultimaonline.com,7775
LoginServer=login.ultimaonline.com,7776

Let me know if it works, otherwise you'll have to download the game from the UO official website.

As I said in another post, if you want a good copy of the High Seas expansion without all the annoying changes after client version 7.24.0.x get a previous installer.

Here are some alternate links to download the game:

2 - http://www.atomicgamer.com/files/93016/ultima-online-classic-client-v7-0-15-1
3 - Search keywords: "UOClassicSetup_7_0_15_1.exe"

RE: Patches - Mordaunt - 08-21-2012 06:34 AM

The uonewpatcher.zip seems to work.. you can not longer see what client version it is at when patching however which makes stopping it where you want not really possible

RE: Patches - Kyrbis - 08-21-2012 07:13 AM

Well maybe this helps with the patch stopping issue.
