Hello.

Sometimes my game charter has gain a sysmessage:
You feel a tingling sensation.

And this message flood a game screen, more and more times.
Some times more 100 messages.

When this message in sphere/Sphere msgs.scp is starting?
msg_tingling "You feel a tingling sensation."

How to disable this sysmessage?

I think it's the the message that appear when you resist a spell

A "deep" research found that the message is related when someone is trying to hide near you , weird

It occurs when you walk between sectors with different seasons I think.
To fix this, just set NoWeather=1 in Sphere.ini or change the msg_tingling to " " but you will get a empty message in journal anyway.

If I remember correct, it used to happen on my shard when you stepped on logged out players.
Correct me if I am wrong.

... So many different opinions..

If I recall correctly (which is debatable) it occurs when you move close to a person who is hidden from you, this I believe includes dead players not in war mode but certainly does not include logged out players or staff.
