In my experience, when a invisible GM uses .go to spy on their players, that often causes a client crash.

I've also noticed that when players have mismatched mul files from what the server has, that can cause client crashing.

Also there have been quite a few fixes for things that crash clients over the years... what version of sphereserver are you using?
