these builds are compiled using Visual Studio 2015, so you must install Visual C++ 2015 Redist (32bits) to use it

sphere is 32bits so you must install the 32bits (x86) version even if your OS is 64bits

The alternate builds are back up... unfortunately the Linux build is not compiling at the moment.
I'll have a look at it very soon.
