[Suggestion] New "MurdererEnterGuardedRegion" setting
Actually, only blue players can enter on guarded regions. The idea of this new "MurdererEnterGuardedRegion" .ini setting is allow PK/murderers enter on guarded regions too, like it was on OSI

"Doesn't make sense. So nobody can call guards? Who the guards will help?": It's simple, instead call guards against criminals and murderers, guards will be called only against criminals.
Both blue/red players can enter the guarded region, but if they try to attack someone they will be flagged criminal

This small change can cause a big improvement on gameplay. Cities will be more populated, which means more commerce, more integration between players, etc

You all know that I love triggers, what about a trigger being called in every character the CallGuards function is actually checking to expand the guards system two steps ahead, let me explain:

inside region.guarded: CallGuards firing in each character, you can check region flags and the characters in your screen, you can select which to call guards on or not (what you asked).

inside region.guarded (Flagged for pks): You can call guards on blues but not on murderers.

These are just examples, but can give so much different ideas for the people and special regions.

the .ini feature is more plug'n'play (easy to set, everyone can enable/disable without any knowledge)
the trigger will require a much more advanced knowledge to script this feature but its a nice idea too

the problem is the AI, because the feature must be linked to guards AI. Many years ago I already tried something like this, but even if I choose who the guard will attack (on @CallGuards), after hit this player the guard will return to the default behavior and will attack all nearby "innocent" PKs too

Already thought about it, I will adapt them to the attacker system, which makes more sense.
