Don't remember this ever happening before but now when a player recalls, he has the poof animation and noise, like when a staff teleports a player.

Where can I edit this?

I don't want to disable this in sphere.ini if it means it disables the "poofing" when a staff teleports a player.

There is no effect to begin with, and changing the sound would only change the recalls sound, not the extra poof sound.
