[Notepad++]: 56c syntax
I've updated the old 56b syntax for notepad adding all the new triggers, defnames from sphere_defs, and some references and functions. If you find anything missing, let me know.

Also updated the instructions for new Notepad++ versions, easiest now to install.

Awesome. I use Notepad++ for everything and it's now nice to have it up to date for Sphere. Thanks a lot.
