My sphere.ini serv confi looks like this:

[SERVERS]
My server
127.0.0.1
2593

External
192.168.1.3
2593

I can log in my server with no problem, but my friend can't log in from his house, he configurated the login.cfg with the ip for external logins (192.168.1.3) and the 2593 port, but he's always stuck in connecting... he wrote it well because he send me a screenshot.

The port 2593 on my modem/router is opened and still can't

I also have the encrypted client logins allowed on sphere.ini

// Set this to 1 to allow login to encrypted clients
UseCrypt=1

// Set this to 1 to allow login to unencrypted clients
UseNoCrypt=1

Tryied with razor aswell. Do I have to send him some fails?, my client.exe? or any other files?

Hi.
first modify like this...

[SERVERS]
//My server
//127.0.0.1
//2593

//External
//192.168.1.3
//2593


and after modify this

[SPHERE]
// Name of your Sphere shard
ServName=Name of the shard
// The IP of your server, this will be 127.0.0.1 almost always
ServIP=your ipv4
// The port of your server, this is 2593 by default
ServPort=2593

You can check your ip4 in your connection.
The best way is to use hamachi ^^

Thanks I didn't try that, will try when my friend is online. And I didn't know about Hamachi working with Ultima online, will try that too. Very helpful, thanks.

We tryied it and not even me can connect to the server xd, I had to quit the // again and set it like this:

[SERVERS]
My server
127.0.0.1
2593

External
192.168.1.3 (my ipv4)
2593

And with ServIP 127.0.0.1

I don't know what to do now... my friend can't connect to my server even with hamachi

Now he can see my server, the screen where appears the name of the server and you click on it to enter. We managed to connect with Hamachi and he configured login.cfg with my IP which is 85.219.6.135, but when trying to enter he stucks on connecting... but at least now he can pass the screen of the name account + pass. But now what can it be?

Update:

configured with 85.219.6.135 allowed him to connect with hamachi, that is the ip that I get in http://myip.es/
but without hamachi he can't.

We tryied with my ipv4 which is 192.168.1.3 and he "connects" but then gets "disconnected", I get this message in my console:

Your ipv4 shouldn't be 192.168.1.3. This seems like your Lan IP. So you need to type your internet ip which you can find from http://www.whatismyip.com

Later he should type it in Login.cfg and you both should TURN OFF your firewall (I am not sure he need to turn off) or firewall automatically blocked the connection.

Also: Are you both connecting on same network? (I mean LAN)
