Ok, I remember that, my brother tried to connect to my server with ultima online 2D client (version 5.x) and he stuck on connecting...

When he install ML version and try it with 4x client, he connected.

For those who cannot connect, I have been through a similar situation. But, I discovered that my internet provider was blocking all doors. Even DMZ was impossible to do. I had to call them and ask to unblock the doors. Now, it is working with DMZ, however I could not make it with portforwarding or trigger.
