yes, we do, actually. We're hoping to start our Alpha sometime in the somewhat near future. Since we're basically "reinventing UO" we have a ton of work to do. I plan to completely rewrite all the craft trees, and rewrite how most of the combat skills interact with each other. I'm even rewriting every single NPC/monster (from scratch). Our goal is to basically create an entirely new MMORPG *based* on the Ultima Online engine and play style.

The shard is geared for adult, mature gamers. We're trying to create more than just another UO server, we're trying to create a respected community of gamers.

I currently run a minecraft server called SixtyGig (http://www.sixtygig.com) with the same mentality, if you're interested in what kind of players I'm trying to attract, you can read a bit on those forums. You'll be pleasantly surprised by their attitudes.
