I'm pretty sure that UO:R and AOS rely on relative skill. So a person with 100 Tactics fighting someone with 100 Tactics is going to be hitting as often as someone with 50 Tactics fighting someone with 50 Tactics. Default system may relying purely on success, hence the near 100 hit change at 100.

I suspect your simply used to the Sphere hit chances because I think the UO:R and AoS are based on EA formula data. You can adjust the formula if this really doesn't work for you shard.

If I select the DEFAULT CHANCEHIT, the combat skills goes worthless.
I need to create a new script and check the default chancehit to work.
