What i want is to edit the first menu where you can choose a quick configuration of a character and in the "Advanced" menu remove some few skills

there's no way, this menu is located directly inside the client.exe

the only thing that you can do it edit your verdata (old clients) or gumps to change just the buttons/backgrounds imgs, but not the text/layout

You can, however, edit which templates client will display to your players by editing your Prof.txt

A local server used to bypass the client character creation by creating empty characters when the account is created and once the player log in to one of these characters a custom gump was displayed to complete the character creation. The char creation was also possible on a web-based environment. It depends on what you are disposed to do

It's just what I wanted, I'm putting together a Renaissance style server for players who never played UO whit the client 6.x.x.x

You can edit the prof.txt as you wish but you cannot delete "advanced" from the list if i'm not going wrong.
Anyway, all of your players need to have your modified prof.txt inside their uo dir.
