we need some new staff member for our shard because most of them left it (privat problem, some think that uo will die, no fun and so on).
We need a scripter, webmaster, quest master, world builder. everything we can get
at the moment, we are three guys on duty and two guys which are inactive.
if we don´t find help I will close my shard very soon and left the community because I don´t have the power and time to manage the shad with two other staff members.

our shard is an rp shard with the latest nightly build.
we have over 5k new items, new monster anim and a lot of custom gump.
I think, that our shard has an very high technical level (character creation via database/homepage for example) over 350 new spells and new anims and so on.
the shard is german and all the scripts are in german too.
I think, i will be a big loss to close the shard because we develope it for 2 1/2 years since we open it for 1/2 year.

Maybe you should do ALL in english. or a client in english and page in english ^_^ you'll have a lot of players if you do it...

I think about it and started a conversation in my staff.
But if we change the language at first we need more staff members and second we need help to translate the german text in english on the homepage and also ingame.
that´s the main problem because we have a lot of story about our world on the homepage and we have a lot of german scripts there

I think, if we get two scripter and some other staff members for quests, world building, webmaster and so on I will share my shard for the whole world
some one is interested to help to make my shard international?
