CentrED crushing
Hello everybody!
Today I was making some new dungeons with centrED and i closed it to go check out the dungeon with game. But now centrED appears to be crushing.
I run the centred server, write in my info, open CentrED, insert all info and run it . It shows me "initializing" window and disappears. Literally it disappears. It runs the software (in server console i see that i have connected) and when i shut down server it gives me an error and is back. It appears at processes bar in task manager, but not on task bar or not even as system try icon.
Please help, what do i do ? I tried to reinstall it at least 6 times.

RE: CentrED crushing
This happen when you close centred while tabbed (or something like that).
You need to search the configuration inside your appdata folder.
One of my GM took the same error and fixed it.
I can ask him what he did but not now, 2am here lol

RE: CentrED crushing
(for Win7)

1) Close the CenredServer and the CentredClient

2) go to:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Local\CentrED

and rename:
Profiles → ORIGINALProfiles
CentrED.xml → ORIGINALCentrED.xml
Locations.xml → ORIGINALLocations.xml
RadarMap → ORIGINALRadarMap
RandomPresets → ORIGINALRandomPresets

3) open your centred-serverfolder (e.g. c:\games\centred)
and rename:
cedserver.xml → ORIGINALcedserver.xml

4) restart your central-server and reconfigure it (use the console)

5) start your centred-client and log in

6) have fun Wink
