Ok guys, i need some "enlightment". At the changelog it says:

BUT, at the source code it says:

COMBAT_NOPOISONHIT = 0x0002000 // Uses old (55i like) poisoning style: Poisoning > 30.0 && (RAND(100.0)> Poisoning) for monsters OR weapon.morez && (RAND(100) < weapon.morez ) for poisoned weapons.
One says it DISABLES, the other says is USES...which one should be the trusted one?
If one goes by the changelog, like I saw the other day one dude with a doubt on this, he can be led to confusion..
