as the name suggests, COMBAT_ALLOWHITFROMSHIP is used on ship/boat

I'm not sure, but ~maybe~ the only way to do this is enabling AdvancedLOS setting on sphere.ini

AdvancedLOS uses some different LOS checks, allowing you to get LOS through windows, short items, etc
