well, New Hera is an old italian shard (if not THE oldest), and it has a complete custom gameplay (even Furio worked on it back in times).
We had a very large community, but over the years we lost all our players (I was one of them) because of prolonged periods of down of M4D (the host), lots of bugs, bad staff, etc... so the shard reputation has collapsed.

The shard was dead, so last year I kicked out the entire staff and put together a new team... we (2 scripters and 3 worldbuilders) have spent 8 months on scripts (7+ Mb recoded), new files, new website, new server... et voilà: New Hera Reborn. Lol
