Hola buenas, quería pedir ayuda a toda la comunidad a ver si me podríais explicar paso por paso que debo de descargar para crear un servidor de UO Sphere, he estado intentado hacerlo yo, pero no se ni por donde empezar, os agradecería muchísimo la ayuda con que debo de descargar y que pasos debo de seguir muchísimas gracias

Perfecto muchas gracias a ver si me voy aclarando así pero mira yo descargue la carpeta con los archivos pero me sale esto al intentar iniciarlo:
