1. I have set the skills_swordsmanship.scp to:
ADV_RATE=0.1,0.1,0.1 and see no advance... tactics keeps going up though, hehe.

As to 4: How would I know what files Sphere is using for that?

EDIT: It seems it is just very slow to gain against creatures. Against the training dummy, it goes quick.
EDIT2: Definitely something weird going on. Multiple successful hits against 'creatures' with Swordsman Skill at 1.0%. No increase. Around 1 hour of repeated hits and kills. SO MANY CORPSES!!! Not one skill/stat gain. Against a dummy, it goes up every hit. I am so confused.
