1. Check your skills.scp to see if the gains are set to... impossible
2. same skills.scp to check if you can gain stats from those certain skills
3. Not sure
4. Check the client you are using. Are you using the same files that sphere is?.This happened to me on a few random servers, required me to download their exact files / client
