I tried to change contents of sphere_map_points0.scp and nothing happened. When I entered the game, the same tutorial was still there and started again. In sphere_msgs.scp are only messages that game provides when you do a certain actions, like "to be of normal strength", "You can't use the %s where it is." and so on.

I'll try to search again, but I doubt that I will find a file where is written that not-needed-tutorial.
