Wrong forum, this forum is to ask staff for your server.

To quit guards at Cove, simply go to sphere_map0.scp, go to AREDEF Cove, and remove:

region_flag_guarded, from the FLAGS line.

You need to shutdown your server, and restart it to make effect.
