you must set ACCOUNT.RESDISP value to match your client version. Client 4.0.11 is SE so the recommended resdisp version is 4 (SE), and it will only be able to see char IDs up to SE

SA = 7
HS = 8
TOL = 9

if you're using sphere 56d you can also set AutoResDisp=1 on sphere.ini to make sphere automatically set the best resdisp value to the client when it connect on server
