Hi.
first modify like this...

[SERVERS]
//My server
//127.0.0.1
//2593

//External
//192.168.1.3
//2593


and after modify this

[SPHERE]
// Name of your Sphere shard
ServName=Name of the shard
// The IP of your server, this will be 127.0.0.1 almost always
ServIP=your ipv4
// The port of your server, this is 2593 by default
ServPort=2593

You can check your ip4 in your connection.
The best way is to use hamachi ^^
