Actually just figured out the problem. I meant "freezing items into the map", which would then allow you to remove all those items and the decorations would still be there. It writes those decorations into your statics0.mul and staidx0.mul files.

If anyone else comes across this problem, don't be a retard like me. I was trying to freeze items outside of the map in the black space, which I guess gives world forge an error. Once I moved my custom items to a black space within the map it worked perfectly.
