Cliloc 1074755 is "Culinary Crisis", which is an ML quest title
so you need UO ML to read these quests clilocs correctly

OSI update cliloc files all the time, so if you really want read all existing clilocs you must use latest TOL patch (client 7.0.52.2). But ML should be enough to read the most used clilocs, you won't notice any missing cliloc unless you try to use an HS/SA/TOL feature
