Hello, sorry for the brief answer but i have no time these days and today is no exception

2) Maybe you want to use Sphere latest preRelease (0.56c): http://prerelease.sphere.torfo.org/ (be sure to download also the scripts)

4) Learn to script (in the case you have difficulties with steps 1 and 2, there are also infos for setting up sphere): http://wiki.sphere.torfo.org/index.php/Main_Page

Maybe some good guy will give you some informations about the most basic GM commands (which are, by the way, handled by Axis2)
Oh, when setting up Axis, if you wonder what's the "default profile folder", it's the scripts folder!
