Raise your maxpings, but I don't understand why you are having 27 pings from your host pc. Is this normal for you? Raise the MAXPINGS to 30 or something. Seems like you are having issues communicating with your own local host.

If this persists, try restarting your computer. Sometimes my local host won't let me even launch a server as the host port seems to act up when I have run the server. Windows 10 doesn't seem to like to always clear it from the memory. Could be another solution to get into daily habits of restarting your PC/Laptop.

Also, in hindsight, there is a way to clear the server memory if I remember right. Maybe you could call this function from time to time. Though I would not do it a lot. Without looking through the Hard Code, I am not sure WHAT all it is cleaning. Maybe if Xun (or whoever added it) sees this he/they/she can add some additional information as well.
