And are you on 55i, 56b, or 56c? Because I see you posting in both 55I and the newer versions forums. Whichever version you are using, stick to those forums please. Depending on you sphere version, different scripting is needed to help you in the future. 55I doesn't handle half the code 56 series does. Nor does 56 handle some of the old deprecated structures of 55I the same anymore either. locals and tags replaced vars is a huge difference. Then the syntax from one to the other.

Just please keep this in mind. Plus errors on one might not be the same on the other. The thread you posted in down there is actually an old issue due to people not waiting long enough between logins. Their socket never disconnected before trying to reconnect from a new one. Rarely this happened when they were never logged in, it didn't ban an account, but I remember it not causing a proper login. If you are on 55I, I am sorry, I do not remember the fix to that without plopping in a 55i server and recreating your issue.

If this is on 56b, I am sure you are running into close to the same issue. The controls on sockets/pings are in the INI. Though, I am sure it is your logout. You are not getting completely disconnected from your server it seems like. Could be wrong, but you are giving us very limited information.

Okay. So what custom scripts are you running? Does it happen to anyone else? Is it just you? I mean, we need more details. "I get banned on login" doesn't give me a single clue on your server version, your INI settings, custom scripts. Is it happening to others or just you. Cannot help a user without details.
