I've allready looked up sphere_citzen.scp there is nothing on the file, here is the lines with supose error:

A funny thing that take my attention is this erros is all about guards (c_guard and c_guard_f).. and they have STR = {151 165} so they can carry a platemail leggins with no problem... so why the error?
