Looks like your sphere_citizens.scp script has some problems. Hanging thread errors are usually caused by never ending loops, such as FOR/WHILE and FUNCTIONs that repeat continuously. Look through your script for any possibilities of this.

Also, the 'too heavy' errors are caused because the MAXWEIGHT (or STR) of the NPC is too low for what it carries, easy to adjust this by modifying STR to a higher amount on=@create or add MAXWEIGHT if you prefer not to change STR.
