based on the error description, probably it's something related to the party engine. Nothing critical, since this function "CPartyDef::AddStatsUpdate" is used only to send a packet to all party members to keep the hitpoints value updated to others party members. But these millions of console errors are weird and must be investigated

are you using any custom script to control party behaviors? (like add/remove players to party, etc)
