The last 3 arguments are the offset from the multi object.
How you gonna know the right position?
Patch the multi to files, create the Script and add the new multi ingame. Then place doors and signs. Now use .debug and calc the offsets.. You always need to consider the middle "worldgem bit" as the point zero. To make sure, just click on it to find the right one.

I have a function that shows the offset, but I'm not home, sorry.
