Great! I downloaded the files from universaluo and now everything works perfectly!
I noticed that some skills are blocked (e.g. snooping lockpicks etc.), how can i activate it?

Good, check in sphere_skills.scp how they are setup.

Maybe there is a RETURN 1 in their @Start trigger.
