what feature do you want enable?
if you enabled expansions features on sphere.ini and set the correct RESDISP property on your account, probably the problem is on your client. You need to use a compatible client and UO installation to be able use these features

Example: your UO installation is AOS (client 4.0.2) and you're trying to enable something for ML (client 5.0.0), even if the server enable all ML features you still unable to use it because your client is not compatible
