Just use UOFiddler (normal version 4.6 is ok) and UOP Packer plugin ( http://www.runuo.com/community/threads/u...in.534519/ ), activate de plugin, restart uofiddler and then go on Every file (default tab), set path folder and 'Convert UOP to MUL', click start and voilà!!! Only art is converted, but it's more than enough for you, reload your files and there you have a bunch of new items, and about that npc...
