Are you intending on editing or running with custom game files? If not there is no need to convert them, sphere will run .uop files.

It looks to me as though there is an issue with the z position on your items, as though everything has been raised by 1 or 2 from where it should be. I could be wrong though as I am no expert when it comes to file editing and conversion.
