Problem 1: Instructing players to delete their existing UO install, install new then dl your rar file and install it to play.

For me, that's already a no no. I don't want to be changing my game files all the time to try a server out.

Problem 2: You have some files in that rar that are not related to UO engine32.dll, fws.dll and fwsc.dll what are those exactly? They don't appear in a UO install.

Problem 3: Your website....

The site itself looks so old, outdated and in desperate need of a facelift. Players usually see your site before they see the shard, the site doesn't make me want to rush to try it out.
