You can actually view 6 scripts per page, I know this because my 18 are spread across 3 pages, but yes it could be a little more.
I don't think that having a big file to download all the scripts at once is a great idea honestly it would just lead to even more mess.
As for the organisation of it....
It's up to the person uploading the script as to what category it goes into, and there will always be difference of opinion as to what goes where and as long as there is that human element there will always be that "script in the wrong section" factor. Not much we can do about that.

I tend to link all my scripts to the script submissions forum so bugs can be reported, suggestions and more detail on the script can be given. Seems to work fairly well I think...


[edit]putting lots of //////////////////// and install instructions in the description box doesn't help the place look any tidying though[/edit]
