Post: #1

I noted yesterday that I am somewhat back. Well, that was improper. I have talked to Ben, Mordaunt, RanXerox, and a little to Valios on Facebook last night and the result is I am back.

Now to note; please don't spam me and the others about implementing 100 things right away. We are going to focus on some bug fixes first and removing some redundancies I noticed. I am not promising anything on smooth sailing, but I am going to play with the packets and see what I can do with it; as well as the new walk packets. A lot of things were expressed to me that needed work... I just need to focus on it all with support from the other developers. I have been away from Sphere's internal code for over a year... *sigh*. I am going to try and implement what I can from High Seas and Stygian Abyss.

I have a business I am trying to rebuild and I manage three pages on Facebook. "It is only Facebook"; yep, it is. I also manage affiliated advertising through these pages and try to bring in additional income with them. So they do get about 2 - 3 hours of my attention or a little more a day for pre-pended posts and some community involvement from me. Add in managing twitter with linked advertisements (again all pre-pended with tweet deck), this eats up another 30 - 60 minutes easy.

When I have web development work come in; that eats some of my time too. Those web developers and designers in the community can understand where I am going with that >_<.

As for script releases from me... I might release code here and there. I am really trying to get some packs together to implement for a donation page and see if I can generate some income from them. This might seem a bit harsh knowing Pyromapes and I worked on the combat system and released something like that for free; but Sphere isn't paying my bills. Which if it did I could have developed here full-time and had most of this stuff finished. I will take script requests and let you know if they are viable with my time.

Many people know real life got in my way from devoting time on here when it came to some personal life crisis's and financial obligations. The latter I am still working out. Yet, unlike the others I am not here to turn in my resignation.

Also to note; don't freak out if I am missing for two weeks at a time. I am juggling an over seas relationship with my girl friend from Australia. She comes into the country every 6 weeks or so. The end game is for her to move here or for myself to move there. The latter seems more ideal at the moment financially since they are in a better stage economically than this country.

So with all of this in mind; I am back. Dem feels!!!
