well, something had to have changed, ur either not following his instructions or ur doing it wrong

go in game and type .show account.resdisp and tell us what number it says

also i noticed this in ur ini file:

FeatureLBR = 0

correct me if i am wrong, but arent most of the newer mounts LBR??? set this to 03 ( i actually prefer 01|02 makes it a bit easier to take features off when/if needed)

i also noticed ur AoS expansion is set to 01, if i remember right, some of those expansion depend on previous expansion to be set b4 they will work right
