i see all kinds of things in that ini that could cause issues, like first of all, on the top ServIP=192.168.1.133 seems you are suing a LAN IP address, which means you are behind a router, which starts the questions. . .

have you forwarded the ports in your router?
are you sure this is you LAN IP?
have you set up for windows to use this IP as a static LAN IP?

next i see you have 2 entries on the bottom. . . .

why are you using these?

is 2.231.107.67 your WAN IP?
and what is this solutionslab.it address?
and why are you using 2 here, i mean if u are behind a router this could work, but one of them has to be you localhost address 127.0.0.1, you have completely different things there.

its a mess, try to explain why you have it set up this way.
